What is Speeek DATA SIM?

The Speeek DATA SIM is pre-paid data-only SIM card. It is a perfect solution for any unlocked GSM device such us: GPS trackers, smart watches, GSM home alarm systems, car alarm systems, kids GPS trackers and many more. 

What phone number comes with Speeek DATA SIM?

Speeek DATA SIM carries a dedicated US (+1) telephone number.

In what countries I can use Speeek DATA SIM?

Speeek DATA SIM offers service in:
•   United States (AT&T and T-Mobile networks)
•   Canada (Rogers Wireless network)

Can I use Speeek DATA SIM to make/receive phone calls and exchange SMS messages?

You cannot make/receive phone calls. You can receive and send SMS messages. 

Do I need to purchase a data package?

Yes. Speeek DATA SIM won't work unless you purchase a data package. 

Will my data package renew automatically? 

No. You will need to purchase a new data package when the previous data package finish or expire. 

Is there an activation fee?

No. 

What different types of SIM sizes are available?

The 3-in-1 SIM Starter Kit includes a Nano SIM card with Micro and Standard SIM adapters.

What payment options are available?

At the moment, PayPal is the only payment method. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

SETUP/GETTING STARTED

How do I activate my Speeek DATA SIM?

STEP 1. Login to your online account at http://user.speeek.net/ and purchase data package - select ‘Data Usage’ from the main menu and click ‘Buy Data Package’

If this is your first-time logging in, use the SIM ID printed on the back of the SIM (i.e. 1000123456) as login and your 4-digit PIN number as password. We strongly advise to change your password and update your member profile after your initial login.

STEP 2
: Insert the SIM to any unlocked GSM device and configure APN settings.
•    APN: aspenta
•    USERNAME: leave blank
•    PASSWORD: leave blank
We suggest restarting your device after configuring APN settings.

What is my phone number?

To view your phone number, login to your online account at user.speeek.net - your phone number will be displayed in the top left corner.

How do I configure APN settings?

Please enter APN settings below and restart your device. 
•    APN: aspenta
•    USERNAME: leave blank
•    PASSWORD: leave blank
•    MCC:222
•    MNC:01
Rest of options must be default.

USING YOUR SIM

How do I purchase a data package?

Login to your online account at user.speeek.net, select ‘Data Usage’ from the main menu and click ‘Buy Data Package’.

What data packages are available?

The following data packs are available: 25Mb ($3), 50Mb ($6) and 100Mb ($12).

What is the data package validity?

Data packs have a validity period of 30 days from the day of purchase.

How do I check my data package usage?

You can monitor your data package usage in real time through your online account at user.speeek.net. Select ‘Data Usage’ from the main menu and your Internet data usage details will be displayed. Click ‘Sessions’ to see additional information. 

How do I check my Speeek DATA SIM balance?

To check your balance, login to your online account at user.speeek.net. 

Is receiving text messages free?

Yes. 

How do I top up/recharge my Speeek DATA SIM?

You can recharge your SIM on our website or by logging in to your online account. Simply choose the amount and make the payment. Once the transaction has been authorized, you will receive a confirmation by text and email.

Will my credit expire?

Speeek DATA SIM credit lasts for 365 days from last data usage. This means that your credit will not expire as long as you are using Speeek DATA SIM at least once a year. 

How do I get support?

If you cannot find the answer to your question, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing us at support@speeek.net or raise a support ticket using your online account - select ‘Helpdesk’ from the main menu and click ‘Open New Ticket’.  We will answer within 24 hours.

 

ONLINE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

How do I sign in?

Go to user.speeek.net. The login is the SIM ID printed on the back of the SIM (i.e. 1000123456), and the password is the PIN code printed on your SIM card. We strongly advise to change your password and update your member profile after your initial login. 

I forgot my password, how do I access my account?

Can I manage multiple SIM cards in a single account?
